Just wanted to thank everyone that came to Fusion Fest this year. We couldn't have done it without each and everyone that attended. Thank you for helping me bring Amy Sigil here and Brandy Bollin and supporting the local teachers that taught. I meant to have a suggestion box but was to busy to execute that. We are planning on doing a bigger show for next year so more people can dance. So if you have any other suggestions fill free to PM me.

I SOOOO loved the hoop class with Jivette - it totally rocked my world. LOL, my hands are so beat-up it looks like I've been fighting.
Amy was a total sweetie (just wanted to pack her up and take her home for a few days). She put the cardio back in my workout.
This year was better than the last ... can't wait to see what Fusion Fest III brings. -

At least she's feeling much better today and smiling. Back at school even. Yay!

I don't like to tell people they can't dance since I think it is such an important experience. The whole weekend was a blast and I loved all the teachers. I'm already pinning Jivete down to teach a Poi class for next year. -

Thu, April 3, 2008 - 4:51 PMI actually had my doctor ask me if everything was ok at home after a series of poi classes! She wanted me to know she was there if I needed someone to talk to. Which is sweet, and I don't think she was convinced with my explanation of how I got the black eye. And the shoulder bruise. And the destroyed contact lens. That last one took some work.
